Exhibit Hall Grand Opening and Reception - Thursday, November 13th. 6:00pm-8:00pm in the Marquis Ballroom.
Mingle with colleagues and exhibitors at the official opening of the Forum. Light hors d'evours and a drink ticket will be provided for all registered attendees and their registered guests. Non-registered guests may purchase a ticket to this event as well. Please indicate on your registration form if you are planning to attend.

Friday Evening Dinner/Auction Event to Honor Dr. Peter Emily, Founder and Co-Chair of the Peter Emily International Veterinary Dental Foundation - Join your colleagues on Friday, November 14th at 6:00pm-10:00pm for a formal dinner and auction event to honor Dr. Peter Emily and to benefit the Peter Emily International Veterinary Dental Foundation (PEIVDF) and the Foundation for Veterinary Dentistry (F4VD) at 200 Peachtree Events Center.

Dr. Emily has made it his life's work to promote the oral and dental health of domestic and captive animals around the world through his charity, PEIVDF. The PEIVDF's mission is to provide life improving advanced veterinary dental care and treatment to exotic animals located in captive animal facilities and animal sanctuaries in the US (and in the future, overseas) that are under funded and/or understaffed from a veterinary perspective. The Foundation for Veterinary Dentistry is also a beneficiary of this event. Learn more about the F4VD's mission on their website.

Tickets are $50 each for adult VDF attendees, $20 each for children 10 and under, $80 for exhibitors and are available for purchase through the VDF attendee and exhibitor registation forms. 200 Peachtree Events Center is a short walk (1.5 blocks) from the host hotel. The event will open with a reception featuring passed hors d'oeuvres , two drink tickets per guest and a entertainment by Luna Stings, an Atlanta string trio. Guests are encouraged to view and start bidding on the silent auction items during the reception. A plated dinner will be served at 7:00pm. Presentations honoring Dr. Emily will occur during dinner followed by a short live auction. Bidding on the silent auction items will wrap up after dinner while guests enjoy a dessert buffet. Auction item winners should be prepared to complete their purchases on site via credit card, check or cash.

Fun Run/Walk - The Fun Run/Walk is a non-competitive "predicted time" event. YOU predict the time in minutes and seconds in which you estimate you will finish the race. The participants who finish closest to their predicted times will win. This is a donation based event. Your donation not only qualifies you to win prizes but also provides you with the much-sought-after t-shirt specifically designed for the current year's race.

This year the Fun Run/Walk will be held on Friday, November 14th at 6:30am. It will take place at Centennial Olympic Park which is four blocks from the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. Participants will need to allow for about a 10 minute walk to the park before the race.
